Petaling Jaya: A photo spread in the social networking site has pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate's Court here to two counts of mischief with spit and bend the wiper and making criminal threats against his personal assistant, two days ago.
Director of consulting company Khoo Kok Ann, 58, made the plea after the charge was read before Magistrate Salamiah Salleh.
Based on the first charge, he was accused of treason by bending the windshield wiper and spat towards the windscreen Perodua Kenari white-owned Alisa Thean Wei Yun, 45.
Allegations made against him under Section 427 of the Penal Code which provides for a maximum jail sentence of two years or a fine or both if convicted.
As for the second charge, he was convicted of criminal threat to bring terror to the same period by blocking the route.
He allegedly committed the offense under Section 506 of the Penal Code which carries a maximum jail term of two years with a fine or both if convicted.
