F1 Racers Helped Design Smooth Ride

The 2014 version of the Tarmac rode differently depending on the cyclist’s size. Yes, the Tarmac has an impeccable reputation—it carried Vincenzo Nibali to victory in the Tour de France this past summer.

Everyone in the pro peloton raved about it. And if you rode a 56cm frame, you never had any problems.

It was damn near perfect. But if you were aboard a larger Tarmac frame, the ride was soft; if you were on a smaller one, it was a bit harsh.
