Famous rock singer wife, Rozana Bookmarking make a report at the police station Butterworth, 3.30 pm on Tuesday over allegations marriage certificate with Awie since nine years ago to be false.
Rozana, 36, was present with syariah lawyers, Nor Azmi Mohd Arif present prior to the Enforcement Division of the Department of Islamic Affairs Pulau Pinang (JHEAIPP) at 3 pm to complain before being asked to make a police report for further action.
Nor Azmi said, he and his client were present to make a complaint and review of the verification certificate of marriage between Rozana and Awie real name, Ahmad Azhar Othman, 46, who is believed to be false.
Obviously, the government appears to JHEAIPP Enforcement Division to make a complaint and subsequent revision marriage certificate issued Bukit Mertajam District Religious Office previously found not to be registered.
According to him, they received a letter from the Chief Assistant Director of Islamic Family Law JHEAIPP on July 4 confirmed his client's certificate of marriage is not registered.
