Abu Sayyaf kidnap victim was released early this morning


Kota Kinabalu:  Breeders fish in Buli, Chan Sai Bhuin reported to have been released by Abu Sayyaf gunmen.

According to sources, Chan, 32, who looks tremor but there were no injuries and was taken to Sandakan approximately 6:45 am Wednesday and given medical treatment.

It is understood the Philippines and Malaysia are involved as a mediator receive kidnap victims in the early morning speedboat ride to Sandakan.

Chan has been reunited with his wife, Chin Nyen Pack, 31.

Chan was kidnapped by gunmen on June 16 in the fish pond in Reefs Sapong.

Meanwhile a policeman Accountants NMN Aleip, 26, from Pulau Mabul who also was kidnapped on June 12 still held captive by the Abu Sayyaf group and negotiating the release is still to be done.
