For some reason, a pregnant woman in the state died after vomiting blood while at the gas station near Pagoh Park City, here on Wednesday night.
In the incident about 9 pm, the woman called Ana was involved early 40s, the victims on the way back to Johor Baru with a refuel before continuing his journey back to Johor Bahru.
It is understood that, while the petrol stations were victims into female toilet and vomiting blood causes the toilet floor covered in blood before seen walking in a moment of weakness towards the car.
A witness known only as Hassan, 28, said the victim fell down before entering his car was being filled with petrol by a friend.
"She sat on the bench first stone in front of the toilet before walking towards the car because there was blood in the stool and table.
"The victim is seen sitting in a weak moment on the wall next to one of the oil pump and collapsed suddenly while trying to get into the car," he said when met at the scene.
He said what happened that led to the atmosphere in the petrol station became chaotic.
According to him, people who were at the station helped victims before calling an ambulance after finding critical condition.
Meanwhile, Muar OCPD ACP Azman Ayob said the initial investigation showed that the incident was not an element of the crime, but can not comment further because the investigation is still in the details.
"The case was classified as sudden death," he said when contacted.
