Kuala Lumpur: The wife of actor Datuk Yusof Eizlan Datin Vie Santie Aaron confirming his application filed for divorce in Gombak Timur Lower Syariah Court here today.
Vie Santie, 28, as the plaintiff filed an application for confirmation of the pronouncement of divorce under Section 57 of the Act illegal Selangor Islamic Family 2003.
Current mention before Judge arrow Aziz Jamaludin, Ab Rahman Syamimi Syariah Lawyers representing the plaintiffs announced that they had filed three witnesses of the plaintiff.
"There are also a number of other applications related to marriage being discussed the defendant to settle, "he said.
In this regard counsel applied for an adjournment of the trial of the case because the plaintiff's witnesses should testify can not be present.
In such proceedings, the couple was also absent and outside.
Eizlan real name is Idris Md Yusof, 44, as the defendant was not represented by counsel.
Accordingly, the court set January 13 next year to resume the trial and asked the parties present witnesses.
Eizlan who also is executive producer and consumer member was married to Vie Santie on July 7, 2007.
As a result of marriage, they were blessed with three Vie Zaara; Zareef Yusof and Vie Zaalia aged between one and five years.
