Kuala Lumpur: Comedian, an attorney and actress, Zizan Razak ready to face trial involving himself summoned by former personal manager, Marina Juki following the breach of contract issue their company Wire Entertainment Sdn Bhd Fame.
According Zizan he tried to settle amicably through mediation process, however, it failed to reach any agreement.
Therefore, a full trial set in November at the High Court in Kuala Lumpur.
On September 30 last year, Marina, 30, as the plaintiff filed suit against Zizan real name is Mohd Raziz Ab Razak, 30, in relation to breach of contract.
Plaintiffs allege that on May 3, 2011, and the company he co Zizan Wire Fame Entertainment Sdn Bhd signed an agreement with Marina appoint as a personal manager.
Through the agreement the plaintiff claimed that he was entitled to 15 percent of total revenue Zizan for four years ie until May 2, 2015.
However, the plaintiff claimed that in May 2014, the Astro confirm Zizan under their management and contracts worth RM2 million without the approval of the company and his personal manager.
