A film about the legendary crocodile Sarawak, titled 'Enigma' is among the top three films will be shot in Sarawak. The film worth RM12 million, will be published jointly by Hollywood and Malaysia. "Two more films are published in Malaysia, entitled 'Lightning' precious RM6 million and 'Mesapol Biki' published by Moonbeam Production, "said Director of the International Film Festival and Awards ASEAN (AIFF), Livan Tajang. He said the memorandum of understanding for the filming of the movie in Sarawak to be signed in AIFF will come here from 9- 11 April.
He said, the highlight of the festival is a gala dinner and awards presentation AIFF on April 11 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching. More than 50 films competing for the award. Livan said, 150 producers in ASEAN and international films will attend the festival, in addition to the 200 celebrities from China, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar and Malaysia.
