KUALA LUMPUR - Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said he was open to suggestions and criticism of his leadership, but no writing defamatory totally unacceptable.
In his latest record in his official Facebook today, Najib said he had to take action after record Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming has elements of defamation and malicious.
"I'm open to suggestions and criticism of the leadership, policy and administrative me but notes DAP MP Nga Kor Ming on his Facebook page with a photo of my wife and I were defamatory and malicious writing.
"Therefore, I have instructed my lawyers to send a letter Nga Kor Ming apologize claim and failure to do so, I will take further legal action," he said.
Yesterday, the Prime Minister and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, through Messrs Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak, sent a letter of claim to Nga, who also Adun Pantai Remis on Facebook Statement dated March 29 it.
