Melaka: A boy was four years old when his head anxiously sandwiched between metal bunk bed at his home in West Lane Pond, Long Center, here, this afternoon.
In the 3pm incident, the victim Muhammad Amirul Amir Hamzah said Syahir being pursued on an iron bed, before terjerlus and stuck his neck.
The victim's mother who realized the incident tried to stretch iron bed, but failed and then call firefighters.
Operations Commander Hall Jalan Kubu Fire and Rescue, Senior Fire Officer II Ibrahim Salleh said the department received a call at 3 pm and arrived at the scene 17 minutes later.
"When I arrived at the scene, the boy was crying because sandwiched between metal bunk beds in a standing position."
"The victim was rescued in less than 10 minutes when members use the bolt cutters to cut the iron bed," he said.
