Update: 2 killed drowned and buried by floods in Cameron Highlands last night


Cameron Highlands: A 13-year-old boy reportedly drowned and washed away by the water a vegetable garden workers Nepalese deadly landslide buried following the heavy rains and mudslides in some areas around Cameron Highlands in the late afternoon.

Last night, around 150 people from 37 families in the Town Hall moved to New Ringlet Ringlet People following the flood situation worsened.

Affected area is only about four miles from the scene in Bertam Valley mudslide that killed four people on October 23 last year.







However, so far last night, the area has not been affected, drowning incidents involving the boy reported in Savings and winter also believed to be a foreigner.

Landslide that claimed the lives of Nepali men were reported to occur at Ringlet, authorities struggled to find and rescue at the scene.
