Getting married witnesses confirm the letter is a fake document


Former Assistant Director of Islamic Family Law, Department of Islamic Affairs Pulau Pinang (JAIPP), Yusoff Abu Bakar on Tuesday revealed that the singer Getting a marriage license is a fake document.

It's after checking relevant witnesses in Penang marriage registration list on July 4 last year and found that the search of documents using identification numbers belonging to the singer's wife, Rozana not on the list.

Yusoff also told, he once again made a revision using the serial number registration submitted by Awie on 8 July the same year and found the marriage certificate serial number is registered in the name of others.

Yusoff who now was Chief Senior Assistant Director, Division of Implementation of the Act, the Department of deepening Islamic Family (Jakim) to give evidence in the trial of a lawsuit to cancel the ex-parte order for custody of children raised by Rozana.


Evidence was carried Judge, Syariah High Mahakamah Kuala Lumpur, Mohd Amran Mat Jais on Tuesday.

Rozana represented syariah lawyers, Jamal Sulaiman Mohd Lokman while Awie represented by counsel Datuk Mohd Zaidi Mohd Zain.

Earlier allegations marriage was never registered emerged after Rozana doubt Awie application that also attach to their marriage certificate when submitting the application child custody (custody) in ex-parte.

Rozana further investigate the matter before the JAIPP issued a letter stating no registration is made by Awie on their marriage.

Mohd Amran set January 13 to hear submissions from both sides of the case and asked the couple to attend the trial later.

Getting real name is Ahmad Azhar Othman, 46, and Rozana, 36, were married in secret in Southern Thailand in 2005 and have three children, Prince Ahmad Merrah, 7, Ahmad Rezzki, 6, and daughter Qasseh Mantasha, 4.

The singer also has two other children from her previous marriage to singer Nazira Arni, Puteri Aleeya Mantasha, 14, and daughter Aleef Mantasha, 12.
