Location two bank employees attacked a security guard.
Johor Bahru - A bank security guard brought to court here, on two counts of murder and causing serious injury to two bank officials in the incident, April 17 last.
Rosly Mohd Ismail, 44, was convicted of murder to cause the death of Ho Chin Tau, 33 at the level of the HSBC building, Jalan Ayer Molek here, at about 3.40pm.
He was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code which is punishable by death.
The accused was charged under Section 326 of the Penal Code for causing grievous hurt to Vasantha Devi, 54 with a knife in the same incident.
