PUTRAJAYA - Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin called for a special parliamentary session to elect a new chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) immediately.
He was quoted Malaysiakini report, because the committee is investigating 1MDB a big issue for the country now.
"If we can hasten the reconstruction committee about the state money for this reason, not only the formation of the PAC, but the committee is currently dealing with issues large and could not be delayed any longer," he told reporters after hosting a Hari Raya open house the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Bukit Jalil.
