Petaling Jaya - National football player, Aidil Zafuan Abd Razak, 27, pleaded in the lower courts sharia here today that he had not paid the rent since leaving home RM3,000 sex with the actress, Rita Rudaini Mokhtar, 38, in January , two years ago.

The matter was raised by the lawyer Rita Rudaini, Datuk Mohd Zaidi Mohd Zain said in response to questions from players Johor (JDT) it.
"During the period the children reside with the plaintiff (Rita Rudaini), I really never fail to provide a living for them, but just do not pay rent.
"I did not lie to the court, only evidence on December 4, 2013, it is not right," he said.
Aidil Zafuan said he was there to inform and invite the plaintiff lived with him in a house provided by her employer in USJ 1, Subang Jaya, but claimed that Rita Rudaini refused.
"Plaintiffs argue that the house was not a matrimonial home," he said.
Aidil Zafuan said, with respect to the budget of his children, he never set amount but estimate that about RM700 a month as needed.

"I pay a monthly installment of RM2,000 for the BMW 3 Series and RM1,000 for the motorcycle brand Ducati Monster," he said.
In respect of wages earned, Aidil Zafuan said he received a net income of RM12,000 while serving with his troops Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) in 2012.
"When working with the NSW team in 2011, I received an income of RM8,000," he said.
He said that, as a footballer, he has no fixed income.
"At times more than that because the bonus will be awarded if the win," he said.
Such proceedings are conducted before Justice, Abdul Halim Abu Samah and adjourned until 31 March.
Rudaini Rita, 38, demanded RM5,392 a month for their two children living Rayyan Rizqi pyrite, 5 and Kirit Qaqa Arjuna, 3, expenditures include food, drink, caregivers and disposable diapers. Aidil Zafuan present with his family while Rita Rudaini accompanied by her friends.
