Couple Found Dead In Mystery Condition In Kuching



Two bodies, a man and a woman were found partially decomposed in a vehicle in the adjacent Santubong Kuching here this morning.

Kuching district police chief ACP Roslan Ahmad Bek Sarawakiana when contacted, confirmed the incident, adding that police had received information through telephone calls from the public.

"After receiving information from the public about 8 am, a police team found a Proton Saga (JCN4655) placed at the edge of the road leading to Kampung Sungai Tiram, Genok, Santubong."

"Vehicles discovered in a locked state and police later found two bodies, a man and a woman in a state of decay 20 percent."

"The body of man discovered in sitting in the driver's seat while the woman discovered the bodies lying in the front passenger seat."

Initial investigations showed no traces of injuries on both bodies, there is no loss of property and there are no signs of damage to the vehicle.

Police had identified the bodies as Aziz Mohamad Malaysian (male), 30-year-old from Kampung Valdor, Kuching and Sharipah Aini Wan Mohamad (female), 27-year-old from Kampung Hilir, Beladin, Pusa.

Police was tracing heirs both bodies and post-mortem will be conducted at 3 pm at the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) to determine the cause of death.

Cases classified as SDR (sudden death) so that it siassat autopsy report obtained.

(Updated at 5pm December 13, 2014: Examination on both bodies at the scene by the Sarawak General Hospital Pathology-HUS confirm no wounds or injuries on both the victim's body.
The cause of death is believed to carbon monoxide poisoning and incidents believed to be more than two days.
Bodies recognized and authorized by the sister (witness) male victims.
Both victims were a married couple and have a 9 year old son.
The last time the witness met with both victims at home is on the night of December 10, 2014 in which the two victims out of the house with the vehicle. Case in SDR under investigation.)
