'The police will investigate reports of Tun M'



KUALA LUMPUR: The police report made public against former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad will be investigated.

Deputy Home Minister Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar made a statement saying that no individual is excluded from legal action, reports the portal The People's Post.

"The police will act fairly. No one is exempt from the law.

"Usually, if there is a report, the police will investigate them," he told reporters at the Parliament lobby here on Monday.

Youth Solidarity Association Malaysia (SAMM) on 8 April launched a series of police reports against Dr Mahathir on the alleged sedition.

SAMM between branches of doing so, including Pahang, Selangor and Penang.
