Kuala Lumpur: Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad to stop slamming reminded UMNO members.
UMNO Cheras division meeting here last night in a winding speech, Muhyiddin said it will only weaken the Barisan Nasional.
He said the 1Malaysia Development Berhad around the conflict, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's vocal criticism of Dr Mahathir made the call.
"The more you push, the more their popularity will rise and fall," Muhyiddin his UMNO Cheras division meeting here last night and said winding speech.
"Dr Mahathir is like a father to us agree that, he is a former prime minister with a wealth of ideas," said Muhyiddin, who is also Deputy Prime Minister.
"He cares for Najib since he (Dr Mahathir) Najib is concerned with the situation ... because of Tun (Abdul) Razak (Hussein) is up to date with.
"He is just giving his opinion and I do not think it's too much," Muhyiddin said.
He continued conflict 1MDB Barisan National elections must be held tomorrow will cause to lose, that left unchecked, have expressed concern.
"It is difficult and will fight hard for the Barisan Nasional," he said.
Despite negative public opinion, Muhyiddin said there was still time to reverse the situation.
