Kuantan district police chief Assistant Commissioner Abdul Aziz Salleh when contacted yesterday, confirmed receiving a report on the incident is the victim taken away by two men riding in a white four-wheel drive.
"The victim was found in a state of weeping civilians and poorly managed in Jaya Gading, here, before being taken to the police station for further investigation Jaya Gading over the incident, early yesterday morning, about seven hours after the incident," he said.
