Ahmad Zahid: Resigned if lost faith or dispute the decision of the Prime Minister.

KUALA LUMPUR: Members of the Cabinet have agreed with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in all decisions, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

He said that, if there is among the members of the Cabinet who have lost faith or dispute the results of (Prime Minister), let alone in the open and making it public then surely the honorable way is to resign without being asked.

"I do not think the Prime Minister should wait for the decision to make the dismissal or removal," he said when asked to comment on the Prime Minister's ultimatum to the Cabinet if they did not support him in issues related to 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

Ahmad Zahid said this when met by reporters after the monthly meeting of the Interior Ministry (KDN) here today.

Yesterday, the Minister of Rural and Regional Development Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie denied the rumors widely spread that he intended to resign his post in the cabinet.

Also denied the resignation of the Cabinet was Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.

Media previously reported that Najib gave an ultimatum to the Cabinet and ask them to resign if they do not support him on the issue of 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).
