KUALA LUMPUR: The government saw the need to create a special portfolio as Minister of Culture, who will be wearing the dress and the people at receptions and relaxing in the country.
Humanist, Professor Dr Siti Zainon Ismail described the requirements that must be met immediately once met a leader who knows the culture.

Dr Siti Zainon comment on the application of the leader should be worn during the ceremony or celebration attended, including when it involves people.
On Monday, Minister of Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Aziz criticized a user's Facebook page which described the clothes she wore in a ceremony seems inappropriate.
