A video recording showed the letter - a letter that weighs 700 kilograms, measures 13 meters by 12 meters crashed into a crowd of spectators in Higashiomi on Sunday, wounding four people, including a gold-named, Junichi Yoshii, and a child - a seven-year-old man.

In 2004, eight people were injured when a giant kite crashed into the crowd in Kanagawa, Tokyo.
