Islamabad / Lahore, Punjab Minister Colonel (r) Shuja Khanzada Sunday near Attock Shadi Khan in his political office in a suicide attack was killed with 16 other people.
"Interior Minister Mr Khanzada suicide bomber was killed," said Dr. Saeed Elahi, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif confirmed advisor.
Khanzada, 71, held a meeting with local people was. The explosion brought down the roof of the house after he was caught with several others under the rubble.
"There were two suicide bombers, one stood out from the wall and walked back and stood in front of the minister," IGP Mushtaq Sukhera told reporters.
"Bomber outside the flat roof to collapse and people gathered there to tear the wall," he said.
Inside the building Sukhera police are investigating whether the attack involves a bomb.
