Topple government: 26 MP BN allegedly involved

SHAH ALAM - A group of 26 BN MPs allegedly involved in the conspiracy to overthrow the government, which is led by Umno leaders.

The People's Portal Post reported Umno leaders played a role include the seven-page sworn statement to the 87 opposition MPs and 26 MPs BN.

He said the plan was carried out in a way to get a sworn statement of opposition MPs, as well as try to attract support their BN MPs to topple the current government through the 'back door'.

Ahmad Zahid, who is also home minister, said he got the information from a very reliable source.

"Actually not Datuk Seri is gonna take long, because the exposure is done before they had contacted the TPM and asked to arrange a meeting with the PM.

"They said sorry and want to apologize for actions taken before," he said.

Meanwhile in HILL BED, Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin suggest identity Umno leaders who intend to join the opposition MPs to topple the government should be disclosed.

He said the move was to allow each leader and party members could identify the individual movements that aim to overthrow the government.

"I felt bad in fact we are told who the individuals involved and I appreciate the transparency of the Deputy Prime Minister who share with the people that there is such attempts.

"We need to know who these individuals because we have long wanted to know who is engaged in the party trying to overthrow the government and whether the method is said to want to topple the government illegitimate means.

"We do not know how the void so that we can help remedy the situation," he told reporters after opening the Umno division delegates meeting held at Dewan Tun Hill Bed Ali, here today.
