A fake Facebook accounts using the name Alex Lim allegedly tried to blackmail former employee Astro Awani, Tan Ziwei.
Facebook users also forging its identity as a staff Astro Awani to attract other users as friends Facebook approve the request.
Although a network with other employees Astro Awani, no one has recognized the individual.
According to the police report Ziwei, he received a threat from Alex Lim to repay the debt, which purportedly borrowed RM62,900 in June 2014.
Facebook users were also told Ziwei he has an address and identification card, such as uploaded with messages sent with the Facebook Messenger application.
Therefore, Ziwei suspect misused personal information to third parties.
Ziwei, a former staff engineer in information technology (IT) Astro Awani also detect threatening messages sent are sent from Rompin, Pahang.

Also do not arbitrarily adopt a Facebook friend requests by strangers.
